While we often spend our blog space telling you all about our horseback riding lessons and trail riding experiences, sometimes we know it’s important to step back and take a look at what our customers are saying about us. After all, they bring up points that are important to them and help us make our business better.

“My family and I had an amazing trail ride today, they were able to fit us in last minute on a weekend which was great! We took my 11 year old son for his first trail ride and he really enjoyed seeing all the horses and animals in the neighborhood. Quite location, great staff and guide. The guide, Eugene, was great and very patient with his instruction. They had a horse to accommodate all of our skill levels! Will definitely recommend!”

“Customer service was A+. Not only did they answer the phone when called AFTER hours, they patiently provided the information, times, location, and costs too book a ride at last minute. Polite, courteous, and knowledgeable staff assisted us newbies with patience and encouragement. We live locally and will venture there again. Very pleasurable experience.”
Well, this is the second review in a row to mention that we got them in at the last minute. Of course, we always do our best to accommodate people who are looking for a last minute trailer ride. We certainly can’t guarantee it, as we have a limited number of horses. But if we can make it happen, we’re going to!

Thanks for letting us know why you were here! We certainly enjoyed having your Girl Scout troop with us, and we’re always happy to have a big group experience horseback riding and see parts of Lake Worth that they might not ever see otherwise. We fully understand that not everyone has ridden a horse before, and we’re ready to help those who aren’t as comfortable. Horseback riding is fun, but it’s not always the most natural thing in the world!
